March brings the end of winter, the beginning of spring and the Ides of March. It also brings St. Patrick’s Day and the return of one of the favorite concerts of Rocky Mountain Brassworks. On March 11th, we present Albion Remembered – A Celtic Celebration to celebrate the rich cultural heritage from the British Isles. From the haunting beauty of the bagpipe solo to the driving energy of Irish dance music, this concert will thrill you with the splendor of pipes, drums, and the sensational Rocky Mountain Brassworks! Music featured will include the work of Henry Purcell and Ronan Hardiman who composed Lord of the Dance, as well as music from the movie Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.
