We are a small athletic training non-profit working with youth here in Middle TN. We are looking for a business, owner of a property that we can rent/sublease some space. Very simple on our end, just need a space that has about 60 ft length and 20 or more width (we can be flexible). We workout and train the kids in the evenings after school and on weekends. It would be great for a business that maybe has a basement, upstairs area that isn't used or dead space to help offset some expense monthly. Warehouses, Storage barns, Gyms, downstairs, Extra church spaces....any of these would be ideal. If you have something please feel freen to email me with details and we can connect.
