Description
Tambou is a narrative short film that tells the story of an elderly Black Creole grandfather who must make money from street performing or move to Oklahoma with his daughter and grandson.
This film features dialogue in Kouri-Vini, the endangered Creole language of Louisiana, also known as Louisiana Creole and is the 2022 #CREATELOUISIANA French Film Grant recipient.
