All Jeeps are welcome to attend the second annul DL Show and Shine. We have updated the name of the show as we lost our beloved Pastor in February. He was a Jeep owner too and showed his Jeep in last years event. In his honor, we carry on the Jeep event with the new name of "PASTOR CARLTON ROGERS MEMORIAL DL JEEP SHOW & SHINE"! We look forward to seeing you at this years event. All proceeds go to Dynamic Life Ministries to assist with their community efforts. This years event will be held in conjunction with the DL Community Market, which includes local farm produce, hand-made products and food. Click here for further information concerning the market. In consideration for showing my vehicle at Dynamic Life Ministries Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as “Dynamic Life”) I agree as follows: When used hereafter the term “Dynamic Life” includes all property, officers, agents, employees, and all other persons or entities associated with Dynamic Life. I am aware that this activity entails risks of injury or death to any participant and fully appreciate, understand, and acknowledge these risks. I understand the description of these inherent risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated inherent risks may result in injury or death. I agree to assume and accept full responsibility for the inherent risks identified herein and those inherent risks not specifically identified. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary, no one is forcing me to participate, and I EXPRESSLY ASSUME the associated risks and elect to participate in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks. I agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Dynamic Life from and against any and all claims, suits, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from or in connection with any injury, or death of any person which might result, directly or indirectly, from my participation in this event. I agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Dynamic Life from and against any and all claims, suits, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from or in connection with the damage, destruction or loss of any of my property or others’ property which might result, directly or indirectly, from my participation in this event. Any portion of this agreement that is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall not serve to invalidate any other provision of this agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. I agree to maintain all insurance on my vehicle as required by all State, Federal, or Local laws, ordinances, regulations, rules or codes.
