As we emerge from winter, it's time to get friends together again and Professor Olivier Peronnet will present his favorite wines to include at parties. Get ready to offer some tasty new options to serve your guests at your spring events! Fox School of Wine invites you to a fun-filled, guided wine tasting on Main Street. Executive Sommelier and Fox School of Wine Headmistress, Kirsten Fox, and her Wine Professors will present a well-paced tasting of five, approachable, under-$40 hidden gem wines that you may have overlooked in the aisles at your local liquor store. You'll receive a tasting pour of each wine, stories and history about the winery, grapes, and region, food pairing ideas... plus our signature Blind Tasting Challenge, when we pour you a taste of a wine you've already explored in class to see if you can guess which one it is. Don't we all deserve a little recess these days? Reserve your table for this Friday! Doors open at 6:15 p.m., and Recess on Main begins promptly at 6:30 p.m. NOTE: We are located in an historic building on the third floor. There is no elevator and there are stairs that must be climbed from the first floor. Please make sure everyone in your party is aware of our location's challenges.
