Come, Tune In and Tune Up as together, we welcome Spring with an Equinox Sound Bath Experience! Please arrive between 6pm and 6:15 to check in and get settled. The Sound bath will start promptly at 6:30 pm, (no late entrance please )& end at 7:30 pm with a guided vocal Chakra Tuning. As you will be lying on a wooden floor, please bring a yoga/camping mat, blanket, small pillow and water in a closed container if needed.
