Fire up your core and slow It down with a stretch class. YINZY, is a slow, chilled out, feel good restorative stretch. 60 minutes of rejuvenation, w/ essential oils & even a little head rub. There will be epic beats + oracle card readings at the end. As always all genders are welcome to participate & zero experience is necessary. Tuesday, March 14 - MAT PILATES with Lacy Looney A 50-minute intuitive Pilates class designed to develop deep core activation and awareness to the pelvic floor. This class will help establish a strong mind & body connection, and is programmed to improve flexibility and total body strength by utilizing the classical Pilates principles: Breath, Concentration, Control, Center, and Flow. Students will leave class with knowledge of five simple exercises they can perform daily to strengthen their core and promote mobility. Tuesday, March 21 - Tuesday, March 28 - MAT PILATES with Sarit Zorano Beginners are welcome. Fire up your core with classical Pilates moves on the mat.
