The Northdale Civic Association, in conjunction with Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Department, Northdale Park, is proud to present the award-winning Northdale Family Fun Festival & Parade on Saturday, April 22nd from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Northdale Park, 15550 Spring Pine Drive, Tampa, FL 33624.This event draws more than 3,500 visitors to your booth for a great marketing opportunity and exposure for your business. All festival sponsors are invited to participate in the parade. $1,000.00 GOLD Level: • Your choice of reserved location. • Your company logo on festival fliers (4000+) and all festival advertising. RSVP is required by February 4th to guarantee inclusion on all printed copies. • One full-page ad in the Northdale Newsletter which is mailed to NCA members and available on the web at www.northdale.org as well as the Northdale Civic Association’s Facebook page. * Your company’s web ad and a link to your company’s website from Northdale’s website www.northdale.org for 1 year (a $150 value) • Display table at one Northdale OWLS meeting (a $100 value). • Company logo on festival shirts. • Gold sponsors receive three (3) festival shirts. • Special acknowledgment announcement on event day. • Sponsor may bring a 10x10 freestanding shade canopy. • We provide two 6-foot tables and four chairs. $500.00 TITANIUM Level: • One quarter-page ad in the Northdale Newsletter which is mailed to NCA members and available on the web at www.northdale.org as well as the Northdale Civic Association’s Facebook page. • Sponsor space is reserved. • Sponsor may bring a 10x10 freestanding shade canopy. • Your company’s logo on festival shirts. RSVP and send your logo by April 1st to guarantee inclusion. • Titanium sponsors receive two (2) festival shirts. • We provide two 6-foot tables and two chairs. $300.00 PEWTER Level: • Sponsor space is reserved. • Sponsor may bring a 10x10 freestanding shade canopy. • We provide two 6-foot tables and two chairs. $200.00 BRONZE Level: • Your location under canopy with other vendors is on a first-come basis day of event. • We provide a 10x20 canopy where you’ll be located with other vendors. • We provide one 6-foot table and two chairs $200.00 Political Campaign Sponsorship: • Sponsor space is reserved. • Sponsor may bring a 10x10 freestanding shade canopy. • We provide one 6-foot table and two chairs Additional Sponsor Information • Setup hours are 7am to 9am on the day of the event. Vendors need to be in the park by 9am. • We will have volunteers on hand to direct you to your location. Please drive slowly and watch for pedestrians. • Parking for sponsors will be available on the park grounds. • This is an outside event and access to electric is limited. • We request that you stay for the duration of the event. • Event will be held rain or shine. • Sales are not allowed at this event.
