Engaging Leadership in Fund Development
Join AFP Arkansas at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas as Elizabeth Pulley shares her expertise on everything to do with fund development plans/goals and objectives through collaboration, delegation and communication strategies.
Elizabeth Pulley is the Executive Director of the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Arkansas.
Under Elizabeth’s leadership, the Children’s Advocacy Centers has increased services to provide free direct assistances to more than 11,000 child abuse victims. In 2021, she worked on a transformational legislation that brought Arkansas laws up to date with other states, created best practices and developed a collaborative response to child abuse.
Elizabeth is committed to working with and training others. Her involvement includes:

Elizabeth is a native of Arkansas and grew up in Benton. She received her B.A. from Baylor University in
Waco, Texas and a M.A. from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She spent over 14 years working in higher education but made a career change in 2017 as she entered the non-profit field.
Elizabeth has been married to Matt for 23 years and has 2 children, Maddy Kate (17) and Tyler (15). They love to attend Pulaski Academy football games together!
