Because, by April, we will all be feeling a little punch drunk and cabin feverish, Blue Water Safe Horizons is excited to announce it is hosting its third annual “LOL Comedy Show” from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2023 at the Ballroom at CityFlats Hotel in downtown Port Huron. This comedy show will feature some VERY familiar faces...people you know from our own community...probably even some you had no idea were so hilarious, such as: Crystal Mosher of Women's Life Insurance Agency and Matt Markham of Radio First/Q Country 107.1/WSAQ-- and Robert Horton, well known to the Detroit House of Comedy ... AND MORE! Our 2018, 2019, and 2022 events were HUGELY successful, with more laughs than we could count! You will not want to miss this fantastic community event that will feature: --A cocktail hour and heavy hors d'oeuvres --A DJ to keep the mood fun and musical --Numerous sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals who wish to be a part of this annual event! Blue Water Safe Horizons deals with very, very serious issues every day of the year...there is no holiday break or summer vacation from domestic violence and sexual assault. We appreciate the support given to us over the years by the community and we hope to strengthen our relationships with our friends at this light-hearted and entertaining fundraising event because we all need to laugh once in a while.
