What is the Summit for Sustainable Organizations (SSO)?The Lundquist College of Business is proud to announce its inaugural Summit for Sustainable Organizations. Join leaders from diverse backgrounds to explore and discuss the critical intersection of business and sustainability and generate ideas to improve organizations' environmental and social impacts in the world. This event aims to instill future organizational leaders with a strong sense of the ethics, values, knowledge, and skills that will contribute to sustainable business practices. Through a packed agenda of keynote speakers, moderated panels, interactive breakout workshops, networking opportunities, and time for reflections and debriefing, attendees will gain novel insight into how organizations are strategizing to benefit people and the planet. Who will attend the Summit?This event welcomes: - Experienced directors of sustainability (and related positions) who will speak to the challenges and opportunities in the field. - Graduate students from across the Pacific Northwest who are studying and interested in developing their expertise in environmental stewardship. Registration is capped at 120 attendees.
