iconexion launched in April 2012 and gathered 32 Latino thought leaders in Napa Valley, CA, to shape a new narrative of professional networking, executive insights, and authentic peer-to-peer support. Our mission was uncertain, yet our vision was bold. We pride ourselves on designing an impactful community. By gathering people around shared principles, building shared practices, and thoughtful live event design, we create a space where people can be their most open and authentic, so that they may grow personally and professionally.
