Follow instruction by Chef Teena at the St. Patrick's Day themed Charcuterie Board Workshop at Devil's Canyon Brewing Company! On March 17th, join fellow meat and cheese board fans and enjoy a lesson on how to slice your fruits, vegetables, and cheeses to put together beautiful boards of your own. Have you heard of a salami rose? You'll learn how to make one! This class includes: Introduction and Q/AInstruction (Done in two groups)All necessary food itemsDisposable bamboo platter (unless take-home board is added) Flight of beer pairingsMeat and cheese boards, aka charcuterie boards, are the perfect appetizer for your cocktail parties, get-togethers, and movie nights in. If you've put together a board before, you know that it's difficult to know where to begin! Chef Teena can help guide you to make a board that looks like you had it made professionally.
