This half-day mini conference is designed to keep multifamily properties informed of the latest trends in HVAC. From changes in equipment to rebate programs and specialty services; we will cover it all. The event is open to anyone in the multifamily community: regional and property managers, maintenance supervisors and technicians, and anyone who deals with resident work orders or purchasing. Schedule: 11:30 AM - Doors Open. Take some time to mingle with our vendors and learn more about their equipment and services. NOON - Lunch is served. 12:45 PM - Message from our President, Stacey Pearson 1:00 PM - Break Out Sessions: Maintenance staff will be able to meet with our Service Team and discuss equipment changes, common problems we see in the field, and Q&A. Management Staff will stay in the main room for some HVAC 101, upcoming regulation changes, rebate programs and more. 2:30 PM - We will wrap up, award door prizes and hand out swag.
