Jerry Garcia - Marmaduke & David Nelson started the New Riders of the Purple Sage some time ago, since then David Nelson has been building on the magic they made, along with core members Barry Sless (Bow Weir & The Wolf Brothers, Moonalice, Great American Taxi++) and Pete Sears (Rod Stewart, Jefferson Starship, Moonalice +++) they have been taking the concept of Country - Rock - Jam and more, blending them together in a one of a kind experience that dazzles the dedicated fans and new comers at every show. The David Nelson Band only plays a select few random concerts throughout the year. Keep Smilin' Promotions is excited and honored to be able to present this special night of music. In addition to the music, we will have a special light show to compliment the music. We will not have an opener for this show - so don't be late!! As is normally the case at the Foothill Fillmore we will be adding a very special light show and opener to be announced soon! The venue offers a Full Bar featuring Crooked Lane Brewing! As always these shows are "dance concerts", there is a very limited 1st COME 1st SERVED (no reservations) ADA seating in the main room. In the bar area there is seating for folks that want to take a break. No you can not bring in outside chairs. 21+ Id is Required - No Mean People - No Refunds - No Outside Beverages PARKING can suck, especially closer to start time.
