Join us to celebrate a very special Spring Equinox this year with a women’s circle ceremony. Sit with sisters of the heart to honor the turning of the Great Wheel of the year and our place within it. The themes of awakening, new life, spring & balance are our guides. Life is growing and with it there may be growing pains that surface. There is often discomfort in the change. How then do we learn to navigate the discomfort, to reconcile with the inevitable shifts that we see in nature and feel so deeply within ourselves? In this sacred practice, we will: Move stagnate energy with breathwork Feminine embodiment practices/movement A Spring Equinox flower ritual to connect with our authentic voice Awaken trust, compassion and peace of mind, in a safe, supportive environmentFor the Gathering:-Wear clothing that keeps your upper chest and throat open (for the flower ritual) such as tank top/strapless top/cleavage low cut v neck shirt etc... Celebrate spring! Shed and emerge, cleanse, name, and claim with a spring equinox ceremony!   ***Goddess Gathering is a deep yet playful self-inquiry journey of discovery into the mystery and healing forces of our selves. This monthly gathering welcomes of all those who identifies with the divine feminine from ALL walks of life and is inclusive of the diverse experiences, histories and identities. Bring water bottle, journal, pen and an open heart (no yoga mats needed) Please arrive early, doors will be locked when the gathering starts.
