This wellness event centers around AREAA members managing our health effectively. Sometimes demands we face in our lives exceed our capacity, we burn out – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spirituality. The Membership Committee would like to bring this re-energizing event exclusive to membership to prevent stress from building. Showing them activities around physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual that are designed to help recharge. Study shows that 95% of what we do each day is done in auto pilot. The remaining 5% of self-regulated and conscious energy can be invested to develop new habits that support our purpose in life.
Exclusive to members, come in your comfortable work out attire, bring yoga mats if available. Attendees agree and must sign a Liability Release Waiver before or upon check in. Healthy snacks and hydration will be provided.
