This session is specifically for Peers in Monterey County and will have elements of a listening session to gather your input as a peer while also providing more information about PADs. The goals of this session include:
To listen and gather input on how to make Psychiatric Advance Directives (PADs) accessible to most peers on a digital platform
To create a list of priorities to take to the regional and state levels. Apply learning and advocacy tools to implement the developed priorities and goals.
To empower and support local people with lived experience to their knowledge about ways to protect their rights and advocate for their care during mental health and justice involved crisis.
