MCEF and its partners work day in and day out to highlight to value of career paths in skilled trades for young workers. These are in-demand jobs that offer interesting work, high-salaries, stability, and long-term growth opportunities. MCEF's Career Signing Day celebrates career and technical education students in high schools and community colleges by showcasing and acknowledging their commitment to a career in the skilled trades. With your support, this event will help generate greater awareness of skilled trades as a viable career option and helps to recognize our talent pipeline in hopes of closing the skills gap!
