We’re excited to invite you to “Rebirth! A Spring Equinox Celebration” During this celebration you will experience renewal, new beginnings, and an abundance of blessings! You will be guided through a Yin Yoga series by Jeana Thomas of “DivineEnerJ Holistic Kindness” you will then experience a healing Guided Meditation & Visualization by Rev. Melissa Ketchum of “Gilded Heart Coaching” and you will receive a Oneness Blessing by Rev. Janice “Hope” Gorman of the “Hope Interfaith Center” This is a free event open to the public. Donations are accepted. What is Yin Yoga? Yin yoga uses seated/laying down gentle, relaxing postures to alleviate tension, enhance breath awareness, and to develop mindfulness. This gentle form of yoga is the perfect for slowing down and resetting. This practice will focus on grounding energy, opening our heart centers, and relaxing our bodies. All welcome, modifications offered and demonstrated What is Oneness Blessing? The Oneness Blessing also known as Deeksha or Dikha is a non-denominational benediction. A unique and specific blessing. It is the transfer of Divine Energy which over time is designed to bring about the state of Oneness in the recipient. The energy has been brought to the world through Divine Grace and is being bestowed upon humanity to help with the awakening process. The Oneness blessing initiates a neurobiological change in the brain that when complete enables the senses to be free from the interference of the mind chatter. Hope became a certified Deeksha Blesser through a training that she received from the University of India. She will explain how the blessing is given and how the energy is transferred and what you might experience physically.
