The EXIT 21 The Black Owt is a Positive Youth Experience that will be held Friday March 25th at the Coleman Bush Building. This event is designed to attact a diverse mix of Teenage party-goers. This highly anticpated event is hosted by your #1 Step Team Taken By Surprise under the Umbrella of Made Mentors Inc. Doors open at 7:00pm Until 11:30pm.
