ABOUT GET FREE50 years after the historic National Black Women’s Organization’s conference in 1973, the time has come for Black feminists to convene again to activate. Get Free: A Black Feminist Reunion will be a dynamic, joyful gathering of Black feminists in this US. In our quest for Black liberation, Black Feminist Future builds and nourishes fierce Black Feminist leadership. Get Free is a call for leaders (past, present, and future) to build and strengthen the connectivity and power of our movement. Together, we will launch the Black Feminist Agenda which will serve as the blueprint to shift the material conditions of Black women, girls, and gender-expansive people over the next three years. In addition, attendees will experience our inaugural North Star Gala, a special event to honor Black feminist leaders. Squad up with us to build power, nourish community, shift culture and Get Free! REFUND POLICYIf you are no longer able to attend Get Free, refunds are possible. Cancellations received via email before Monday, May 8, 2023, will receive a refund as follows: Refund Amount If Canceled By: March 8th — 75%April 8th — 50%May 8th — 25%Please note: no refunds will be processed after Monday, May 8, 2023. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original method of payment to the person or organization that made the payment. If the refund request is made after 90 days of the payment date, the refunds will be issued via check to the original payee. Please allow up to 8 weeks for the refund to be processed.
