College & Career Readiness High School Mentoring Program utilizes mentor/mentee relationships to support high school students achieve on track to graduate milestones, while enhancing soft skills, with a focus on interviewing, networking, public speaking, increased self-efficacy, and other appropriate skills needed to persist through high school and beyond.
