A lot of “guru’s” are afraid to discuss how they got smoked on bad deals. This will be a very candid interview with 2 gentleman whose name proceeds themselves. They will talk about everything from financing to losing deals to identifying what makes a deal good. They will speak on cap rates they look at and what makes them most attractive.
