Otto is a serious curmudgeon. As a retired widower, he has a lot of time on his hands. And he uses this time to fixate on all of the things that annoy him, such as neighborhood animals and all of the unwritten rules that his neighbors are breaking. He even obsesses over the delivery truck drivers that also don't meet his high standards. One day, though, everything changes when a new family moves into the neighborhood. From the get-go, the pregnant mom finds herself needing Otto's help. For Otto, however, deciding to let people in isn't always so easy. Staring Tom Hanks.
