Auburn Street Watertown, MA (Note: enter around the corner through the 17 Spring Street entrance) COST: $35 in advance, $40 at the door includes snacks (bring your own water bottle) Free parking starts at 7:00 in the municipal lot across the street The space is not handicapped-accessible, it's on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator • Are you craving a deeper social, physical, spiritual connection with yourself and others? • Do you want to go to the next level, ramping up your authenticity, creativity, self-expression, and discovering new possibilities? Join us for an evening designed to reawaken parts of yourself while connecting with others. Revel in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment to practice tapping into our true selves and strengthening our common humanity. WHAT TO EXPECT • Thoughtful and playful invitations to engage in activities share honestly and be witnessed. • Opportunities for social engagement, physical touch, and spiritual connection with others in pairs, small groups or the larger group. • Time to listen deeply and reflect on your experience. GUIDELINES To maximize this experience, we ask that all agree to the following: *Respect yourself *Respect others *Play your edge *Be curious *Confidentiality Your hosts for the evening: Paul Phillips - [email protected] Paul is a certified breathwork facilitator, musician, Quaker, mystic, and a few other things. His passion is creating a safe space for people to discover parts of themselves they didn't know existed, and for groups to open their hearts to each other. He has been leading workshops in intimacy and self-exploration for many years. Lydia Carbone, MSW - [email protected] Mediator, group leader, trainer, facilitator, Lydia has been leading groups of humans for over a decade in finding their voice and building their connections with others. She brings teachings from her experience as a social worker, yoga practitioner, and personal growth workshop attendee, mixed in with her sense of humor and compassion. Workshop participants are encouraged but not required to take a COVID test before attending. Masks are not required in the space, but feel free to wear one if you feel like you want the protection. Masks are still relevant as a valuable protection against the latest, most transmissible, COVID variants, so please make an informed choice that's right for you. Out of respect and courtesy to other participants please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.
