The Turn Up Philosophy:
1.The Turn Up is more than just a dance fitness format; it's a movement. A movement to evolve unapologetically, live loudly, dance ruthlessly and OWN our greatness together, as we take our fitness to the next level and turn all the way up!
2.The Turn Up focuses on how the class will leave you FEELING rather than a certain flavor of music, or certain style of dance. The EMOTION of each song drives the movements which organically lends itself to a HIIT workout that brings out all facets of who you are and who you can be!
3.It's called dance fitness for a reason. We do dance. We do fitness. And we don't set limits. We turn our magic all the way up, and we embrace each challenge with ferocity, we create a team like atmosphere where we push each other outside of our comfort zones and let our passion lead the way!
4.It's about simple choreography, strategic playlist creation, good music, good vibes, and high energy that allows students and instructors to embrace THE TURN UP.
