An annual staple for the Sayville and surrounding communities, Beefsteak, sponsored by Sayville Rotary is a 72 year event that brings together members of the community for a social fundraising affair with Majestic views of our Great South Bay on the grounds of the Long Island Maritime Museum.
Sayville Rotary is the local chapter of Rotary International whose motto is "service above self". We are a service based organization that meets once a week to strategize, plan and execute many local, national and international projects for the greater good of humanity. Such projects include our work with the Sayville food pantry, our Annual Pet Parade, Camp Paquatuck in Center Moriches for children with special needs, providing access to clean water in various countries, the "Gift of Life Program" giving children around the world access to adequate emergency medical operations and probably our greatest achievement to date, the eradication of polio.
Your donation and attendance to this event make all of those projects plus so much more, all possible!
Doors open at 4:30. Clams and Beer served starting at 5 pm followed by Dinner at 6:30 pm. Music provided by Ed Travers.
