In this hands-on beginner friendly macrame class you'll be working with high quality recycled cotton rope and learn commonly used macrame knots to create a functional piece of fiber art you'll enjoy for years to come. Our Fiber Artist & Instructor Janel will provide group instruction as well as one on one guidance (as needed) so you leave with a complete project along with a sense of accomplishment and the desire to continue creating at home! Your ticket gets you knowledge, experience and a functional piece of fiber art that you make yourself. Space is limited to just 15 spots, so get your tickets today! Arrive early to grab a beer and/or food then settle in for class which starts promptly at 6pm***** Class is 2.5 hours long but it is very possible you will finish your project in less time depending on how quickly you work, everyone works differently and it is not a race! ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED AT CLASS. Your project will be made of natural color rope and wooden beads (various wood finishes available). Projects will be suspended from the ceiling and worked vertically, you will have the option to stand while working or pull up a stool to sit if that is more comfortable for you.
