The Heart Chakra: Cacao Ceremony, SoundBath, Reiki, and Breath

Join us for a Series dedicated to balancing the Chakras. The fourth (in a series of 7), will focus on the Heart Chakra. This is going to be a juicy one, friends!! In this 75 minute event, you will discover techniques to bring balance to this energetic center. Your hosts, Yaicha and Jess, both Reiki Masters and yoga teachers, will guide you through a cacao ceremony, sound bath, meditation, very gentle movement(zero Yoga experience needed!), and hands on Reiki. What you need to bring: Your amazing self, some comfy clothes, a water bottle, a mug for the cacao, and anything you need to be extra cozy (think extra pillows and blankets). Optional: an extra yoga mat to make your space extra comfy. If you like to journal insights, feel free to bring one along. What we will provide: Yoga mats (bring your own if you you extra cushion so you can layer!), bolsters, blocks, and ceremonial grade (non-dairy!). Tickets are limited in order to provide each participant with ample time for Hands on Reiki by your hosts.
