Description

This is an ABC (anybody can youth foundation) FREE event organized in collaboration with the Carruth Cellars Urban Winegarden & Cheese Shop. The boxing class will take place at the winery's patio . No equipment is needed, we will provide the gloves, mitt and the mats. This is a body weight workout to learn the basic of boxing and self-defense. After the class everyone is welcome to make a friend and stay over the winery for drink good wine together and test some amazing italian food. 10% discount for everyone.
