Calling all local WBE classifed vendors! 📣 Join us for a Women's History themed pop up shopping event. Showcase your products and services to a diverse and engaged audience. Limited spaces are available, sign up now to secure your spot! You will be notified of acceptance via email 1-2 days after the application deadline. Upon acceptance, all applications must pay the vendor fee within 3 days of notification to hold reservation. Vendor fees are offered in two tiers: Sheroes: 6ft table, 2 chairs, table linen rental, listing in event directory (available in print and digital formats) - $65 SheRocks: Tier 1 features + HerMoment featured brand segment* - $100 *Featured brand moments provide a 5-minute time slot for brand promotion, business mission & product/service showcase. The venue provides the following: 1. Easy access to public transportation 2. Off street parking 3. Wheelchair accessible entrance 4. Wifi + electricity 5. Restrooms ​ Event Guidelines: Event management reserves the right to refuse the application of any company or individual Event management reserves the right to amend or change these guidelines at any time Your spot is not secured until you are paid in full. Once payment is confirmed, Terms and Conditions are binding unless otherwise waived in writing. Event management reserves the right to change setup and/or event times due to weather or any other unforeseen conditions. What to Bring: Table Linen (table linen is included in vendor fees, however you may bring your own) Email sign-up list Adequate signage – we encourage that the name of your brand's name be displayed in and/or on your booth. Display Racks/Shelving Business Cards Credit Card Reader (Square provides free credit card processors for small businesses) Change Personal snacks and water (snacks for the general public will be provided, however you may bring your own)
