Guests are welcomed into our chocolate factory where our Chocolatier will perform a demonstration of how to make a chocolate ganache. Participants will then be given a portion of a fresh ganache prepared earlier in the day, to roll into their own truffles! Once the truffles are rolled, guests will have the opportunity to dip them into a variety of different toppings. Beverages and wine are welcome, and chocolate treats will be provided!
Participants will take home 24 hand-rolled truffles. After the class, guests will have the opportunity to shop in our store and receive a special class-only discount to be used same day.
