The Wellness & Opportunity Center provides programs and educational opportunities for our members and the community. This free event will focus on Nutrition and Fitness. ACNC will partner with Cooking4Fitness to provide a Cooking demonstration and Zumba. Participants will receive a meal and a swag bag for attending. Disclaimer: Unsupervised childcare area is available. There are only 15 available slots for attendees, registering will guarantee your spot and meal.
