Join us for a Cooking Class that will teach you how to make a meal that will suit an individual. As household dynamics change, the number of people in a household changes making the amount of food that needs to be cooked less than what you would typically make. Often times people with a 1-2 person household struggle to make a meal that is just enough for 1-2 people. During this class we will prepare and cook individual packet meals that will include a protein, vegetables, spices, toppings and sauces.
