The Community in Motion Facilitator course will equip participants with the specialized knowledge and skills to begin leading small group Wellness & Movement activities. Participants will also unlock access to content in ComMotion's resource library. Course Outline:Health Benefits of the Arts Awareness - Disability/cultural/other barriers to access Disability etiquette Value of inclusive/multimedia/multi-sensory programs Example of adapting to different abilities Interactive sessions Format and Duration:3 hour in-person workshop with interactive activities. Snacks will be provided. Cost: $35**Financial assistance available upon request. The full cost of the workshop is $250.
