** Please do not sign up for a shift if there is even a slight possibility you are not able to show up and work the shift. We rely heavily on these positions to ensure the event goes smooth and we kindly ask each person to be 100% committed if they take the spot. We appreciate it so much!** Babes Ride Out needs a solid crew to help us welcome and register riders at Babes Ride Out x Borrego 4 March 24th-26th at Palm Canyon Hotel and RV resort. The job requires you to be in the sun on pavement the entire shift and job duties are helping riders navigate into the property, handing out event patches, collecting waiver signatures and directing riders towards the hotel staff for check in . It's up to you to take breaks when you need them to hydrate, use the restroom, or other. Simply tap out with our event lead, Ayla, and make sure someone is covering your area while you do so :) FRIDAY SHIFTS: All Friday shifts are 4.5 hours for Friday and the "payment" is free camping for the event (equals out to $33.50 an hour). If you already bought a pass, we will refund it after your shift. SATURDAY SHIFTS: All Saturday shifts are 6 hours and the "payment" is free camping and $100 bonus (equals out to $41.75 an hour). If you already bought a pass, we will refund it after your shift when we issue the bonus. Show up 5 min before your shift and check in with Ayla at the registration easy up. Riders with morning shift on Friday can arrive at 10AM to set up prior to shift, just let us know if you are coming early by emailing [email protected]. No one can arrive any earlier than this :)
