We will discuss the 1031 guidelines, the benefits of participating in a 1031 Exchange, like-kind property and what is needed to successfully complete an exchange. This course builds off the basics and dives into more complex 1031 issues including: seller financing, related party issues, and partnerships. Also, we will outline how to structure Reverse Exchanges and Build-to-Suit (Improvement) Exchanges.
