We will be covering: •Consultation: -effective communication prior to service: 1- make sure you’re on the same page 2- starting canvas vs their goals -communicating if the clients lifestyle coordinates with the hair they have/the hair they want •Before & After photos: -capturing the best angles (in the correct lighting) to showcase your work •Color Formulating -knowing when & why to use certain colors in your formula (i share ALL my favs & go to’s) -smudge & toner formulation •Application, Technique & Tips -taking the clients inspo pic & knowing the best technique to achieve desired look -simplified foil placement to add dimension back into blonde on the first model -simplified foil placement to add brightness while keeping enough dimension on the second model -weave/slice pattern -in depth face framing -demonstrating foil placement, application, processing, smudging, toning & blow dry/style
