Ms. Phaneuf previously worked as the Vice President of the Bay Economic Development Alliance and Executive Director of the Walton County Economic Development Alliance. In 2018, she joined an esteemed group of professionals in becoming a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) through the International Economic Development Council. She is also a recipient of the Dan Webster Young Innovator Award and has been included in North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers by Consultant Connect and Economic Development’s 40 under 40 by Development Counselors International.
