Friendly and vastly knowledgeable, Shelly meets you where you are on your wine journey and takes you to new places to explore and enjoy. She believes wine education should be fun-there's no showing off or shaming in her sessions. Wine is to bring us together. Named as "one of Washington state's most approachable wine educators" by Washington Tasting Room Magazine, Shelly recently earned the challenging DipWSET, the highest level from Wine & Spirit Education Trust. She also holds a raft of certifications including Certified Sommelier (CS), Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), American Wine Expert (AWE), and Certified Cava Expert. At this event, Shelly will guide us through a selection of delicious Spanish wines, sharing her expertise and insights along the way. You'll learn about the history of these iconic wines, their unique characteristics, and how to pair them with your favorite foods.
