Northern Ohio’s Most-Needed Positions Disaster Action Team (DAT Member) Blood Donor Ambassador & Transportation Specialist Service to the Armed Forces Volunteer  Disaster Action Team (DAT Member) volunteers respond to the scene of local disasters and provide immediate assistance, including shelter, food and comfort following a home fire or other emergency.  Blood Donor Ambassadors join a lifesaving team to help blood collections in your community and engage with donors throughout their visit.  Transportation Specialist volunteers are a lifesaving link between blood donors and blood recipients by delivering blood, platelets, or other blood products.  Service to the Armed Forces volunteers provide critical services to military members, veterans and their families.
