Description

However, it is important for both parties to find ways to resolve any issues that may arise in a constructive manner. This is essential for maintaining a positive and healthy landlord-tenant relationship and to avoid any legal complications. One way to resolve issues is through mediation. It is an empowering process, as it allows the parties to maintain control over the outcome of their dispute. It encourages collaboration and creative problem-solving, which can result in solutions that are more satisfying and long-lasting than those imposed by a court or other third party. If you are considering using mediation to resolve a dispute, it's important to choose a mediator who is experienced and trained in the process. Introducing Teena Juby, a skilled professional who joined Mediation Services of North Central Massachusetts (MSI) in 2020 as the Housing Mediation program coordinator. With an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University, India, and a Paralegal Certification from Middlesex Community College, Massachusetts, she brings a unique set of skills to her role. During her time at Middlesex Community College, Teena interned at the Boston Municipal Court and the Middlesex Community College Law Center (MCC). She gained valuable experience working as a paralegal at local law firms while volunteering.
