Just like any great restaurant should, The Rook satisfies that itch, that craving for the perfect drink and the pleasure of comfort food. Join us for this one-time opportunity to spend the afternoon behind the scenes, cooking and learning in the restaurant kitchen and bar. The focus is on making elevated snack board classics such as devils on horseback, quiche, salmon rillettes and cocktails and mocktails. All funds support the anti-racist food justice work of the Youth Farm Project.
