bbt@bbt is a revolutionary whiskey tasting that is aimed at targeting the senses that determine the preferred flavour profile of each participant without prior bias. no preconceived notions of the distillery, profile, mash bill, or even colour of the whiskey itself. during the experience each participant will receive three pours and will rate them on aroma, taste/palate and finish as well have a chance to take notes and guess what they believe the whiskey to be. At the end the blind bourbon tasting will be weighted solely on the aroma, taste/palate and the finish of the whiskey. when all the results are tallied a discussion of each whiskey score as well as who was close or exact on the guess of the whiskey.
