Description

This intro level class will teach you all the basic moves you’ll need to familiarize you with bungee terminology. You’ll raise your heart rate during our fun routines for a low impact cardio workout. Take this class to get comfortable with our bungees! Bring water and a towel and we'll take care of the rest. Please make sure you are cleared for regular exercise from your doctor and not at risk for lower extremity or torso lymphedema.
