Family Health:101 is a workshop designed specifically to help you and your family learn how to implement lasting health and wellness habits! From exercise and clean eating to meditation, sleep cycles, and consistent chiropractic care, you'll be given all the tools you need to start toward well-rounded family health. Dr. Jeremy works with whole families (babies, toddlers, teens, and moms and dads) to help improve their health and the state of their nervous system! He also works specifically with kids who are in other therapies to help support their growth in the areas of communication, social interactions, maintaining attention, eating well, and reducing problem behavior and defiance. Dr. Jeremy owns Catalyst Family Chiropractic, where he encourages families to be well-adjusted in EVERY aspect of their lives. He has a wife and an almost 2-year-old little girl, and the birth of his first baby has motivated him to provide more support for local families on their health journey.
