Georgetown Coffee + Hike (GCH)
Join Bobby Hulme-Lippert for a new thing that’s actually a really old thing.
The idea is simple: We’re better people when we hike, together. And coffee doesn’t hurt, either.
Each GCH involves, coffee, conversation, and the gift of whatever the natural world wants to provide that day. Each hike also has a key theme for conversation and personal reflection.
Time: Friday, March 10, 8:30-10:30am.
Theme of the Day: Vitality
The Plan:
830am - Meet at 309 Coffee. Grab a coffee to go (it’s on us!), do brief introductions, and head to the San Gabrile Trail!847am – Hike. Talk. Hike. Talk. (The “talk” portions will involve a brief stop for full-group reflection on the theme of the day)10:12am – Closing Reflection Who:
Anyone who knows their day is better with a hike.
Anyone who has thought, “I really should get out more.”
Anyone who feels this might be a stretch from the norm but then thinks - maybe that’s what I’m looking for these days.
No matter who shows up, know that I’ll be there! I’m someone who has found I do better in all facets of life when my body and mind are stretched, ideally in the company of others. Plus, I've come to love 309 Coffee and the San Gabriel Trail, so I'm very much at home in these spaces!
RSVP: Further details and a reminder email will be sent once you RSVP through Eventbrite. Limit 12 participants.
BYO: Water, Layers, and an Open Mind
