Forest Bathing is a leisurely walk with guided stops along the way allowing participants to simply be with the forest. "Shinrin-yoku" translates to "Forest Bath" and was coined in Japan, where research began in the 1980's on the health benefits.
We enjoy creating moments for people to relax, destress, and help to build resilience. This is a slow, very relaxing, and mindful way of being with nature. The walk ends with a tea tasting in the woods. Learn more about us.
