Please join us for NCAEYC's Second Mini-Conference hosted in partnership with Appalachian State University. This mini-conference will provide opportunities for early childhood educators to learn about a variety of topics. Registrants will have an opportunity to chat with Ariel Ford, Director of the NC Division of Child Development and Early Education, and to hear the Keynote address which will be delivered by Dr. Judy Helm. Dr. Helm is the co-author of Young Investigators: The Project Approach in the Early Years as well as several other amazing books relating to early childhood education. For ten years Dr. Helm has been assisting early childhood and elementary schools in integrating research and new methods through her consulting and training company, Best Practices, Inc.

Registration fees and NAEYC Annual Membership fees are an acceptable use of Stabilization Grant funds!
Upon Completion you are eligible to receive 7.5 NCDCDEE Contact Credit hours and you will be presented with a certificate.
The topics include challenging behaviors, early childhood mental health, trauma informed care, developmentally appropriate practices, and more.
